COMPLIANCE
Can you turn complex operational data into compliance-ready evidence?
Your choice of systems becomes part of the evidence
Compliance with Enity EMS
Enity EMS brings operational data across sites, resources and systems together in one reliable, traceable foundation for documentation and compliance.
Large organisations rarely lack data. The challenge is bringing enormous amounts of operational data across sites, resources and systems together – and turning it into reliable, traceable information that can support documentation, reporting and compliance.
One platform. Multiple compliance needs.

Support systematic energy management
Enity EMS supports the processes behind ISO 50001 with automated data collection and monitoring, energy performance analysis, EnPIs and baselines, targets, action plans and documentation.

Build climate reporting on reliable data
Turn consumption and production data into documented emissions across Scope 1, 2 and 3.

Document environmental performance
Bring energy and resource data together in one system to monitor performance, identify deviations, document improvements and support wider environmental and ESG reporting.

Highlights
Make your EMS part of your compliance infrastructure
An Energy Management System sits close to the source of the operational data behind many energy, climate and environmental requirements.
Enity EMS automatically collects and structures data across electricity, heating, cooling, water, waste, fuels and transport, as well as energy production from sources such as solar, wind and heat pumps.
This creates one consistent data foundation for analysis, documentation, reporting and continuous improvement.

Emission factors
New concept for emission factors
Solving the challenge of handling high complexity in the emission calculation method including annual updates making it easy for our customer to stay up-to-date.
- Emission factors across varioius geographical levels
- Incorporates both market and location based methods
- Offers enhanced customisation options based on meter types
- Automatic annual update of emission factors
From operational data to documented impact
Supporting your compliance
The company’s carbon footprint is calculated according to the GHG Protocol
The climate report is generated automatically in accordance with the GHG protocol, drawing directly on the company’s/the building’s actual energy consumption. In this way, it is possible to map and display the company’s/the building’s overall climate impact from its energy consumption.
Energy data and consumption are automatically loaded and displayed in DKK, kWh, tCO2, and tCO2/m3. The data is divided according to the GHG Protocol’s scopes 1, 2, and 3. Other climate-related activities can be manually registered, allowing you to add data to the climate report in Enity EMS.
Environmental data for ESG reporting

ESG reporting is the successor to CSR reporting and has been influential in recent years.
ESG has 3 reporting tracks (Environment, Social, Governance). We exclusively provide data foundation in the Environment category. Including
- Energy consumption (electricity, heat, cooling, natural gas, etc.)
- Renewable energy production (wind turbines, solar panels, surplus heat, etc.)
- Water consumption
- Scope 1 , 2 & 3 (according to the GHGP)
- Waste
Environmental data for CSRD reporting

The CSRD directive is the ‘next-generation sustainability reporting,’ which includes a requirement for a climate account, for reporting on companies’ environmental impact.
We calculate the climate impact in scopes 1, 2, and 3, thereby providing you with a figure for the company’s total burden.
CSRD has 4 reporting tracks (General, Environment, Social, Governance). We exclusively provide data foundation in the Environment category, which is consumption-based, and consolidate it into an account that you can include in your overall CSRD reporting, including the following ESRS:
- E1 Energy Consumption
- E3 Water Consumption
- E5 Waste
