Executive change at Enity
Enity announces change in executive leadership
Enity’s CEO, Morten Dysted Dahl, is stepping down from his position by mutual agreement with the Board of Directors.
Morten has led Enity for the past 13 years and, together with employees, customers and partners, has helped build the company into the strong market player it is today.
Enity is now entering the next phase of its development, with a focus on scaling, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, among other priorities. Against this backdrop, the Board and Morten have shared a mutual wish to secure the best possible foundation for the company’s continued development.
The Board would like to extend its sincere thanks to Morten Dysted Dahl for his significant efforts, dedication and valuable contributions to Enity over the years, as well as for the strong relationships he has built with the company’s customers and partners.
At the same time, Enity is pleased to announce that Marianne Kjeldgaard Knudsen will take over as CEO effective 1 September.
Marianne brings extensive experience in technology, business development and leadership. Her background includes senior roles in the consulting industry and at Grundfos, where she served as Vice President, as well as leading several successful scale-ups of technology companies.
The Board and Morten will work together to ensure a smooth transition ahead of Marianne’s appointment.
At Enity, we are proud of the trust our customers and partners place in us every day. We look forward to continuing the company’s development and creating even greater value for our customers in the years ahead.
On behalf of the Board of Directors,
Kræn Østergaard Nielsen
Chairman of the Board
