For electricity, you can typically be up and running within 1 to 2 weeks, because we collect consumption data directly through Energinet’s DataHub, with no new hardware required. The same often applies to district heating, water and gas, where we collect data directly from your local utilities and gas suppliers. For other data types, such as sub-metering or HVAC control, onboarding can take longer, depending on the equipment you already have installed. We also offer tailored onboarding, so the process is adapted to your number of locations:
